During the first summer of Covid it was a joy to see children learning to sail on Peconic Bay. There was so little safe for children to part in that strange summer, so the colors of the sails, and the sight of the children was so welcomed. This is a watercolor done on handmade heavy deckle edged watercolor paper. It is framed with a light grey float frame.
